      I’m from Georgia and drive a gas tanker for a living went in to get a roll of quarters to do my laundry. See I’ve been in Louisana helping recovery since hurricane Ida an on this particular run I was bring premium gas to the mobile an Pensicola area because there premium supplies was out of order since the hurricane Needed a shower and some clean clothes. I was told no change for me because I need an account to have any money exchange. And was sent on my way. Luckily the laundry mat accepts plastic cards. Wow can you imagine that. It been 40 or 50 years since I visited a laundry mat

      If i could give no stars i would, I've used and have direct deposits to Regions Bank for over 15 years. I went into the Theodore location to open a 2nd checking account and she told me it would cost me$50.00 to open it! I was SHOCKED beyond Shocked! I told her I will NOT PAY for Regions to open a new account whatsoever and that i WILL be switching banks immediately. I called Navigator Credit Union and they have ZERO charge just a $5.00 fee. Looks like they will be receiving my money for now on. I will be closing my checking and savings account this week and allowing another bank to earn interest off of my money! I hope many more people do the same. Regions needs to learn they aren't doing us favors that we ARE the ones doing them favors. GOODBYE REGIONS👋👋👋

      Was told by a teller that my deposits wont be accepted if my cash isnt strapped. I am not being paid to do your job, and this location is the only one that bothers me about my cash deposits. Clearly you dont want my business. I bring in my deposits organized, accurately counted, and all in order facing the same direction. I think that's quite enough. Will not be back.

      Twice in a month their atm crashed while making a deposit. That's when I learned that if you have any issue after 7pm or on sunday, there is nobody to call to report an issue or file a claim to help the process of getting my money returned to me. So I had to wait until the next business day to file a claim where I was promised it would take 72 hours for my money to be returned. IT TOOK 12 DAYS! On day 7 I went up there to ask what the problem was and the lady dealing with my claim had not even started on the "50 claims" she was attempting to handle. So when I got my 2nd check stolen by the atm, I went straight to corporate's customer service instead of the theodore location due to the unprofessionalism and disorganization that location had where I was promised yet again a 48 to 72 hour period for my money to be returned. Now I'm on day 6 of waiting after several promises of when I'm going to receive my money and every single promise has fell through. Now I'm getting over draft charges from Regions that I'll have to fight to get removed since THEY can't seem to pull through on what they say they can and will do. If this is how they treat customers and their money, I won't recommend ANYONE ever uses this bank!

      ATM machine been down for some time now. Sat in line with only 2 cars ahead of me and including my service for 30 minutes. Doesnt make any since.

      Had my account overdrafted 3 times because of atm errors/issues and they charged back the money used to pay my gym membership which caused late fees from the gym and I was told any fees caused by regions would be paid for by regions but the male manager that works here said we had to wait on the atm team to decide on whether or not the money was in the account well they did decide it was in the account and returned the overdraft fee but no money was given for the late fees from my gym so I came back to the bank and was told the only person who could give me the money was that male manager and he wouldn't be back till Wednesday and this was a Monday and now I am here on Wednesday and am being told he is out for the rest of the week so I can't use my gym membership for 2 weeks because he decided to take the week off

      They would not accept a check from Allstate Insurance because it was made out to myself and the Body shop and I was there present with the Shop owner?

      I've been banking with regions for a while but now I get off of work at 5 o'clock and can I go to the bank and deposit my paycheck because they're closed I'm switching banks as of 8/3 2014
