  Shout out to Ms. Lisa who always has a welcoming smile on my visits. The staff is courteous & efficient. There are times on Fri afternoons / eves that 2 staff are needed due to the volume & client need for certain services that require /consume 1 staff member for long periods of time (check verification / check cashing issues). The office is always decorated for the season we are in, which adds to the warm welcome.
