  Jeanna, Lance and their staff were AMAZING! Very professional and efficient. She jumped on a low rate and came in .25% less than expected. If you get them the information, documentation they need and respond in a quick/timely manner they will hustle for you. I was able to close on a new construction, VA loan in under 30 days!! I have a co-worker also working with them on a construction loan and he has no complaints. I’ve used online (Quicken which I don’t recommend) and a bank in the past but I gave Jeanna a shot as she was recommended (and seemed like an honest, trustworthy person) and I could not be more satisfied and glad that I did! She took every call no matter the hour to answer any question I had. Her staff was also prompt in responding. All around I felt like I was their only customer. I Highly recommend Premier and Jeanna to anyone looking for a haste free, no BS, efficient, professional mortgage process.

  I have know Jeanna for 25 years. She is very loyal and a hard worker. I have been in Real Estate for 10 years and have used her for my personal purchases and refer my clients to her. She is always upbeat and takes care of business!!! She will answer your calls at all hours and is local...that’s a huge advantage!!! If you want a company that will work hard for you and give you great rates then I highly recommend Premier!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!!

  My wife and I went into buying a home with no clue how it works. Turns out we were doing a lot of things wrong, or at least in such a way that made buying more difficult. Jeanna gave me the confidence to try, and in spite of my making it very difficult, she and her team worked hard and saw us through to the end. It was a grueling process (mostly due to me, though I understand that buying is rarely easy for anyone) but my wife and I are in our new home. If you're a first time buyer, I recommend calling them and asking questions, especially if you have a checkered credit history. Be honest, be ready to work, and they'll get you through it. Jeanna and her team really are awesome.

  Jeanna and her team gave us the "Chick-fil-a" of lending experiences. Her and her team are just super competent. As first time home buyers, my wife and I had NO idea what we were getting in to, but they made the whole process straight forward, professional, and answered all of the questions we had—and trust me when I say we had questions. She went out of her way to simplify a pretty complex thing. I will say that there were a few hold-ups during our process, but that was because once we got our paperwork in, it had to be reviewed by another group, I think it was the underwriters, but Jeanna and her team got it over to them right away. We actually closed early on the property and are loving it! Thanks Jeanna for taking the fear and uncertainty out of buying a home! If you are a first-timer, like ourselves, look no further! Jeanna's got your back. Or if you have done this before, she has your back as well!!!
