  Jassemine Johnson was a big help! While I waited in line, I saw that she was helping two customers at once. She was very friendly! I was having a bad day, but she was personable and made me feel comfortable!

  I loved the service I got from the place it was amazing the lady who was helping me pay my bills was so nice I think her name was Erica she was so kind but her co worker was giving me a head ache all she did was scream on the phone cursing and yelling! The whole conversation was way to personal for her to be at work and it was upsetting.

  The cashier Jassemine was very kind, and courteous. She’s fast worker and was very helpful when I was having problems with my Flare card.

  So I visit here to get loan and the customer service here sucks Jasmine the person that helped me kept saying it’s better to do the loan online Jasmine is her name she was rushing me with Attiude she rather be on her personal phone then help customer out I will not return to this location

  The only reason why I do not give them a 5 is because there has been lots of times where I have gone to ace in their richmond ca location 45mins to 1 hour before their closing time and they were already closed. Please if you say you are going to be open until a certain hour respect it and actually be open till then.
