      Cashier was very helpful and friendly when I arrived I believe her name was Alondra,but she had very good customer service and helped me cash my checks.

      today i visited the ace, and in particular, "tiara", a recent hire @ the fruitvale location. i've frequently called ace ' my bank ' in jest...but today tiara was so much better than any bank ! i've been a member since 2003 & i hope to be always greeted & assisted by such folks ---thank you

      I was sent an approval and acceptance for a short term, very low amount loan at 100 dollars. I contacted Ace for more info on how I would process the request and ultimately accept the offer and was told that I was basically crazy and that my loan offer is non existant. I have the emails and actual letters from the mail stating I was able to accept this loan but apparently they mean nothing

      Probably the rudest people I've ever encountered. Wish I could rate 0 stars since that's what they really deserve. The chunkier Hispanic woman that works here ought to find a new job because clearly she isn't happy working here with that attitude. Pathetic ladies & gentleman!
