  I had the pleasure of being a customer here. Michelle knew everything about everything. I asked if she was a manager, she said yes. Thank goodness, she was fantastic. And was handling 3 other customers along with my issue and never made me feel like I was less than anyone else. She is amazing

  I loved the young lady Michelle Walker was so helpful and very courteous. I will definitely use your store again because of her. Girl deserves a raise because another customer was plain ride to her yet she remained polite. I would have called the law to them but she kept a smile.

  I was in a terrible bind due to a family situation that required my entire paycheck while I had also overdrawn at my bank. Michelle was kind, patient and I never once felt judged. Thank you Michelle, exceptional customer service!

  By far the best Ace in town and the ONLY place I'd ever go to handle my money! It's always clean and organized, and the lady, Michelle, is beyond fantastic. She always remembers customers names and makes sure that everything goes smoothly. Always a professional, yet comfortable environment, and Michelle makes it never a chore to go! 11/10 in my book, it really truly is a great place. Hopefully the place and Michelle stay for many years to come, I don't know where I'd go otherwise!

  First time inside of an ACE in the Wilmington area on Dawson street and possibly my last as well..... someone tell me why I'm being charged $3.95(almost $4 which it might as well be that) for a $5 withdrawal that's quite disappointing to me it's like ACE is just one big rip off ATM cause ATMs charge $3.95 as well which is also disappointing I shouldn't be paying almost $9 for $5.....and this isn't even about the customer being right or not it's about the customer being ripped off
