  Most horrible experience 2 hours i waited for nothing. They waited til all other banks were closing to tell me they couldnt help. Managers too busy to cash a check. I wasnt the only one 5 other people i watched them deny services too.. They made me feel like i was doing something wrong. When my check is 100% legit from car buying site.and he wrote all over my check almost voiding it

  This location was very fast with their service and the lady who helped me was more professional than most. She helped me with no problems at all and kept a upbeat, positive attitude towards customers aside from myself. Thank you Tracey for your time and patience !   After a long tiring and frustrating day I had a bit of an attitude coming in to get a money order. After leaving this establishment the rep was very professional and aside of the money order transaction she made me smile and that's something that often forgotten that's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank u Tracy (I think that's her name) I appreciate the laughter.

  The representative that waited on me was one of my best representatives I've ever encountered in the 7 plus years I've banked with you and meta bank. I've chosen you over a traditional banks. She was polite professional knowledgeable and empathic to my situation knowing that I'm from Pennsylvania and m new to Fayetteville.
