  Just I thought what's going to happen next Katie was able to help me. She listened to what needed then took action with in minutes my problems gone, I've been back three three times since then .they are definitely top cabin

  Only have one employee working. Never seen more than one. 10 people waiting One person helping every customer including the ones on the phone who keep calling. Rediculous Been here an hour ... so far Reading all the reviews mine is the same. They know the problems but take no action in fixing the problem. No one showed up to work on one of the days I needed to make a payment so it was closed. I called main office and they told me I could make my payment at a different store. I told them the other store would have to call the store i got my loan from and they said they would be able to. I explained their policy to them a couple more times but they assured me the other store could accept it. End my long story they didn't.

  Never fully staffed, often times lobby waits are over an hour or two. Single employee working a counter where transactions can take 15-30 minutes and a line of 10 people packing the lobby. I'm sure that the lobby isn't even rated for fire safety to house this many people at a time!! It has to be illegal. Edit: I cannot blame the employees they are all nice and polite, it is not their fault.

  It was a mess in there when I arrived to pay off my loan, and three consecutiveconsecutiv were all denied loans for various reasons, so it was taking forever. The guy working (Jerry) kept it really cool and helped everyone through the awkwardness of getting denied, made it a lot easier for all involved. Give Jerry a raise!

  She went above and beyond in order to help me she even stayed open an extra 15 minutes to make sure my needs were met......what she didn't know was that if she hadn't been so kind and let me cash my check I would of been stuck outside I'm the rain all night homeless.....thank you
