  No stars should be an option. Rude for no reason and she was the manager. I hate to walk into a business and they make me feel like I was wrong for coming in. Even though she admitted she misunderstood me it was still uncalled for. I won't be back. Kindness and courtesy is mandatory and costs nothing but affects everything!

  The young lady that works named Fran was fantastic! I hope that I spelled her name right lol. She was one of the best people I've ever met in my life! I would definitely recommend this location!

  This is my favorite Ace store they are very nice & helpful Mrs. Franchetta has the best customer service skills. They always get you in & out even if it is a line you won't have to wait long.

  I've frequent this Ace many times and each time the service is always on point. The young ladies are very polite, customer service oriented and professional with a hint of friendly. It's always neat and clean inside outside and each time Im waited on; I am addressed by my name. In all " their customer service skills are impeccable" Yesterday I had the pleasure of being waited on by LaTonya...Thank you for excellent service!
