  The manager Tanisha is amazing!! She makes sure all of her customers are treated in a professional matter and you always get 100 percent customer service. I would recommend everyone to her location you are always treated and helped soon as you walk in she's ready to help with a smile!! I drive by many stores just to come to her location and never to amaze me her customer serice is outstanding!!

  Tanisha very nice lady helped me with my transactions. I was loading a card she is a very nice and polite lady and, she did tell me how much it was to load and the amount I had left.

  I would give this place no stars if I could very poor customer service! Only had my time wasted. Employees are rude and aces rates are way too high. I went to first Tennessee bank and was so much happier with the outcome and didn’t get charged a fee nor did I have to deal with poor work ethic and unprofessional behavior.

  CFPB propose 'NO' consumers oversight for payday loan businesses. There are 548 payday businesses in Memphis? These businesses are supposed to be helpful for emergencies, NOT A LIFESTYLE. ACE Cash isn't a bank for people of color.
