  I called them and I had a previous loan that was owed. I told Shay I already paid it. She told me she will call to see what's going on there end. Then she called me back to so say. U good they had to do some things on their end. I was happy because that kept me from getting a loan. It was stressful but Shay was very professional and went over and beyond. Thank u Shay.
