  I was at this location to get a loan. I guess the DM was there, had been working several locations I heard. But he was so positive and friendly. You couldn’t tell he was probably stressed. He was very encouraging to employees and left me with a good attitude that day as well. Just seeing people like that makes my day. It doesn’t hurt that they offer tax services now too! I think his name was Jeffrey? Idk but he needs a raise. He really knows how to treat real people who are probably going through not so great times. We need more Jeffreys!

  I have been coming to this location for about 3 years now and I have to say that I absolutely LOVE Bianca's customer service. She is ALWAYS very polite, knowledgeable, and courteous! She is definitely an asset to the team and a keeper! Its hard to find good quality customer service. To have an employee in one store that is proficient and welcoming to customers is awesome! Seriously the only location I visit!
