  I love the great customer service! I was helped by a woman named Jasmine today she helped me with the things I needed and I was in and out she was very polite and respectful Good Quality service !!!!!!!

  Not having a bank account, I went ro Krogers and Walmart and because my check was over 5k by $34, I went to Ace thinking it wouldnt cost THAT much to cash my check. When the associate told me the fee, I thought she said $25 and although I thought it was a bit higher than what it said on there price board, I said ok....It wasnt until I got hone and seen ok n the receipt that I was charged $247 PLUS the smallers fees that I already expected. To charge that much is ridiculous and I should of just opened an account at a bank, I woukd have saved ALOT versus going to Ace. Ive NEVER veen charged that much to cash a check there before. I will not be recommending OR returning to Ace in the future, cant afford it!

  The customer rep who helped me was very professional courteous and helped me secure a new card or she called it an attachment contacted the third party card holder for me walked me through the whole process it was close to quitting time but she made sure that I got my card got it activated and most importantly got me the money I needed to pay my Bill's I think her name was Beverly she went above and beyond her duties I would just like to commend her on a job well done she is a true asset to this company and ace is lucky to have her there once again thank you so much Beverly you made my day.

  My experience was amazing I was in a rush to get a prepaid debit card for work and the CSR was very polite and educated me on how the card works and all it’s perks !
