  The lady is very professional and devout. Opens right on time and is fast with transactions. She also helps the disenfranchised by having them run small errands like getting coffee which in result she allows them to have the change. Very sweet.

  I guess the young lady didn't want to do her job. So I tried to cash a check. She originally told me they don't cash personal checks over $25. This is not a personal check. So then she goes to say she doesn't have it in her system. Before she ran it thru the machine. I asked her how when my daughter & nephew just came & cashed the same check for the same exact amount. She runs it then says it's going to Cost $16 to cash it. Well what's the difference between my check and theirs when it came from the same company & they only paid $4.80. I understand it was close to closing. But your job is not done until your officially off the clock.

  The associates ACE hires are not interested in providing quality customer service. Unfortunately, they actually think they are doing the customer a favor by taking the time to wait on them even though they don't even acknowledge the person especially if there are two associates and the radio is on and they are talking about their personal lives and eating. the customer is waiting for someone to say may I help you but the associates are too busy ignoring the customer. The associates wait on the person when they are ready not when the customer is ready. They are rude and the radio is played way too loud. I remember the associate saying to me I can't hear you, but she would if she turned the radio off so she could focus on what the customer was saying. If all goes well by July 2019 I hope to never come to ACE for any banking transactions ever again. It would be a relief.
