  The staff here at this location as the greatest on earth, Nancy is always professional and is caring about individual needs. Mary has been very helpful as well. Best customer service I've ever seen! There are as many services as any other traditional bank and then some, hats off to ya Ace!!!

  They are shady. They literally do everything they can to make money off you and make sure that they come out on top. They do not help you. Sure it’s a great place to cash a check, but as far as banking goes, they are worthless. Overdraft protection is a joke. They let charges go through that shouldn’t and charge you 20$ for each. But when you are in a bind and need some money they deny the overdraft and then turn around and let a automatic payment go through that shouldn’t and charge you for it. I got caught in a cycle of overdrafting because they charged so many like those, that I was dependent on using the service to pay bills. And then they turn around and say that for my protection it’s suspended when I had a positive balance amd tell me I should apply for a loan. As it’s a cheaper service. So I do, after banking with a years worth of direct deposits and every overdraft paid, with a credit score of 689, and they denied me for a small loan. They are crooks, and they do not have your back whatsoever in any situation. They are trash and will disappoint you and take your money and leave you hanging out to dry. Hope they sleep good at night

  I came in to cash my very first payroll check after having some hard times and Weenajean went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Set me up with a bank account, the whole time focusing on me and not making me feel like a deadbeat like big banks do. I have been coming back to cash and deposit into my account ever since and she is always pleasant and genuinely shows she cares and excited when I tell her good news about my personal situations. I have brought a few of my coworkers in and they still bank with ACE! ACE needs more people like her!!! Thanks Weenajean!!!

  My boyfriend and I went there to get a payday loan due to these hard times. Not something you usually want to have to do. Fortunately Nancy was very friendly and helpful, starting from a phone call to in person . She made us feel very comfortable and made the process extremely easy. Will definitely continue going to this location.

  Karina is very sweet and super efficient! She is always smiling and makes sure I’m always taken care of!! I’m so glad she is at Oregon city now!!! Definitely such a great experience coming in everytime seeing her smile and her positive energy!!!
