  I had a 4000$ check from child support,the check was payable through us bank,the manager at the bank refused to cash it without giving me a plausible reason as to why,but your associate asked that I provide more proof of the checks authenticity,which I did and they cashed it,I feel like your staff went above and beyond

  Had to cash some checks quickly and came in as a second choice, the fees were not as bad as I thought and overall it was done in a professional and welcoming manner.

  The associates at this location are ALWAYS very pleasant and professional. (I've met three of them so far) I'm 100% satisfied with everything at Ace and they will continue to get my business.

  If you use mobile deposit previously they will not cash your check. Zero stars if I could.

  Would give zero if I could. Once they sell your debt they don't keep a record of it. After contacting the company for over 3 years to make sure I didnt owe anything. 800 number told me multiple times I was in good standing but always got blocked from being able to get a loan. I figured something was wrong and tried to investigate. They were absolutely untrue lied to me on 3 different occasions over the last 3 years. Found out from a lawyer. Could have been taken care of if they kept better records of my debt. No reason my information was told I was in the clear when it was not true. Be careful of this company

  I was down on my luck and the district manager was very understanding and helpful I was very grateful. I lost my card they had given me that evening and so I had to get another one. I went back the next day and was helped.

  I went to cash a check because my bank was closed. The manager at the Tigard location was rude and aggressive. My check was written by a customer of mine and the manager called her asking about 15 questions that didn't have anything to do with the check cashing process. My customer was confused and very upset. I would highly recommend not going to this location. It was truly a horrible experience.
