  my real bank account was hacked and unfortunately they closed my account but my ace card was also stolen along with several important documents and your attendant was so patient and kind and helpful i asked for employment ..thank you!

  It was simple and easy. The representative was friendly and helpful. There were no long waiting lines. The entire process took less than 15 minutes!

  If I could give negative starts I would. The staff here take forever, they have no concept of quick customer service, chit chatting with customers regardless of a lengthening line. The store barely provides air conditioning to customers, just the small amount that leaks under the bullet proof glass from the comfortable staff area. The store provides "financial services" to the poor and charge an exceptionally large amount for it. This makes it impossible for them to ever get ahead. Lining up to pay a fee to be able to pay utility bills, to pay 3% to cash a check, to pay $50 for a loan of $250. It's amazing that somehow they have convinced themselves they're providing a decent service at a decent price. I honestly don't know how these people can look their families in the eye as they systematically pillage their communities.
