  Lizabeth is very highly trained and Jessica the manager is very freindly patient and polite the place is really clean they do loans title loans and cash checks of all kinds they do a fabulous job and they are humorous and can. Really make ur day go well

  It is a very good thing to have a poffesional of the quality and caring your associate is. Im am disabled, and the current Co-Vid 19 restrictions are very limiting. That being said, she had the time to make sure I received the service I needed. She also acknowledged every customer waiting- moving through the process.   The representative was extremely helpful, and efficient. When it was my turn, she remembered who I was and followed up on whether or not I was interested in opening a debit card. She had a beautiful smile and I knew that she was genuine with her courteous remarks. Which included thanking me for coming in that day.

  Companies like this make me sick. They prey and profit off the poor and disadvantaged. Wanted to charge me 6% of my check plus a 3$ new client fee just to cash a check. I'm so glad I was not in such a terrible life position that this would be my only choice.

  This last year or two, totally went down Hill. Very bad customer service. Slow working girls!! Bring back someone like somer!! If you can only have 6 people in at once something needs to really change! I need to get Bill's paid!
