  Edwin and his supervisor (another gentleman) were very friendly and professional. Thanks guys for the awesome customer service. Angelica not very friendly!! Usually everyone is really nice and professional at this branch. Not today.

  I am a weekly customer at Ace in Glendale and want to give a shout out to Luis who is always super helpful, polite and friendly. He convinced me finally to setup direct deposit to my flare card which I just did a week ago and I know that will be much better for me. For people who can't have a regular bank account for various reasons, it's nice to have a place we can go to take care of all our 'banking' needs. Thank you Ace (and Luis)!

  I visit Ace Cash express about twice a month for bill paying , and some of the other services they offer. Luis the manager at Glendale location is always on top of everything , he makes sure the customer service you receive at this location is what a customer should except to receive . Luis always goes above beyond , to provide amazing experience .. He is definitely asset to company. Thank you again Luis, for always making my experience here a remarkable one.
