      Have perfect payment for over 2 yrs call to make a payoff for a little over 2000 and would t accept my credit card but takes 2 months to recieve a title ! What a joke I would never reccomend them for nothing high interest if you have good credit I would definitely see what other options, I was conned by the dealership always double ck your paperwork them salesman slip #s in there when I found out what the interest rate was I've been making triple payments to pay it off ! Their crooks !

      I'm warning anyone who uses this company they are the worst! First to start a relationship the day before ur payment is due they call 12 to 15 times no exaggeration on every number you give them!! It's so much its harrassment! I paid my vehicle off asking on the phone is this the exact money that is owed 3 employees told me yes that is exact amount! They said my title would be sent out to me within 3 to 4 weeks! I called to find out an estimated time title would arrive...to find out after it was paid car off they added $275 extra charges 5 days later??!! Charges from where for what? How do you have a vehicle considered paid off then 4 days later add a charge! And if I didnt call about the title would they have come and repossessed the car that was paid off since they never emailed or contacted me about this!! I feel like this place is very unprofessional and very scary doing business with them! Almost like a scam just to take money over and above what is owed! I feel they try to do this thinking you have no money to fight them! Spent hour plus on phone to get I dont know, I'm not sure, let me check! Be very careful!!

      This 5 stars is for Juan. His kindness and patience were truly amazing. He doesn’t make you feel like a bad person or less than. While I wish the company as a whole was like that, count yourself lucky to work with someone so kind when dealing with a bank loan.

      Was having a hard time with other customer service people and then had the pleasure to speak with Marvin Aleman. He made my experience simple, easy, and well explained.       I have this bank for my loan on my car. This is very recent so I don't have much payment history, but with COVID 19 happening and everyone being out of jobs I thought (and heard from friends) that most banks would be understanding since I am unable to work and I am still currently waiting for unemployment. When I called they said they can't hold payments at all. They didn't give me much detail as to why payments or even just one month could be held, they just told me I was unable to after doing research with my account (which I've been on time with all the payments that I have had so I honestly don't know why).

      Lol. I'm not really sure why you deleted my review. Try to maintain some integrity. Erasing negative comments won't negate your poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Like I stated before, I thought your company had experienced insolvency due to its antics. Again, my experience with your company was a long time ago.

      In the loan process now, and the experience has been AWFUL! Wished I had checked this company's reviews prior to proceeding. I complied with and provided everything needed to process my car loan. Received a call from their office for a telephone review. This was to go over my application, confirm information, give me details about my loan and to welcome me. A few hours later I receive a call from their underwriting department wanting a landline for my employer, which I provided. But mind you, the dealership doesn't even have a landline, the owner uses a cellphone. Plus many contractors and builders only use cellphones. But to top it off, the underwriter requested a copy of a CANCELLED PAYROLL CHECK. The car is less than $7000 yet, you would think it was $50,000. My employer probably has a paperless account since it's a small company. Nevertheless, I doubt very seriously if they're going to go through the hassle of searching their bank account for such a request, which would also disclose their financial information. I've NEVER heard of supplying a cancelled payroll check. The the lady with whom I spoke to in underwriting was EXTREMELY RUDE! Who would want to do business with this company! I'm WARNING others to stay away from this company!

      One word TRASH! Costumer service is horrible hope they go out of business. They don't want the loans they give out paid off (they want the monthly interest only payments)if you trade your vehicle in get ready for a call every day at work late at night etc. Steer clear everyone!

      I am a customer of westlake .I used them before and did good I paid my truck off so I descided to use them again. I fell behind on a payment due to slow work but caught it up. I checked to see what my payoff was and was shocked to find out the payoff Ballance only dropped 100 dollars withtow payments of 450 a month .not to mention a 5 dollar fee just to pay them the payment. What a rip off ..only good experiancet time around isn't credit has improved a little. I'm about to go trade the truck in and finance threw someone other than Westlake. As far as. Referring anyone to Westlake I wouldn't recommend them unless someone has bad credit and hard to get approved threw some one else..
