  I wanted to start up my real estate investment business and needed funds to get started. I didn’t have a good enough credit score at the time to get the funds I needed. I was referred to Phil with the Platinum Financing Group. Phil and his team were great! They were very professional and responsive. They explained everything I needed to do and everything they were going to do to help me. They stayed on top of the process either reminding me of what I needed to submit or responding to requests from various companies. Not only did they get my credit score in the 700s, they enabled me to get thousands of dollars and they did it in record time! It only took 3 months! Please know that everyone’s circumstance is different and it may take longer for others, however, they do get the job done! I certainly had a great experience and would recommend them to others!
