  I went in there to cash a check but came out empty handed. This lady with long hair locks REFUSED to cashed it unless I got a NetSpend debit card. She said that it was for all new customers but my relatives went a day prior and they were not asked to get a debit card. How disappointing ! I had to go a few blocks down to the corner of western and MLK they were attentive and had great customer service, I had no issues there.
