  Best ace in Los Angeles, I had a big issue with a ace at a whole different location came in just explaining it to one of the workers, nd she ended up taking the time out her day to help me prior on what to do to get my money back and also had to be the one to get me my money back and wasn’t even the location I made the transaction. After the other ace took days on days to help resolve the problem this clerk did it within mins after ending our phone call . Only ace I’ll ever step foot in ever again in my life 🤍💯💯

  My name is Ashlie and I always come here to get loans, I absolutely love this location In particular because they always remember me , transactions are always fast and efficient . They work with me if I’m a tad bit late or having difficulties and I really appreciate it . I want to give a special thanks to Norma ! She is the main one I go to for my transactions . She is so sweet and patient and helps me solve any problems . I lost my ace debit card literally minutes after paying off my loan and she helped me retrace my steps and also helped me get another card in less then 5 minutes so I can have access to my money again . When I thought all hope was lost she came and saved my day . Thank you so much Norma 🥰 . I give this place 5 stars . I don’t care what anyone else says I feel comfortable and will always get my loans here .
