  This was our first refinance and I am so happy I picked Reliance First Capital. Courtney was amazing, she went above and beyond in helping us through this process. Courtney and the team helped us get a better interest rate by showing us what to do to increase our credit score. I can’t say enough good things about Reliance, Courtney and their refinance team!!!

  The closing and effort by the mortgage agent was first class. But...had a major issue with payment from the mortgage Team. Switched to a manual payment from auto pay via phone a phone call. They failed to "process" the request on their end. Led to multiple overdrafts from my bank. Was told to pound sand and ate over $150 in unnecessary fees on my end. I went with this lender for some more personalized service and they failed to deliver. Had better luck with Wells and the other Big banks on the service end. Very disappointing Update...I did receive a phone call and email from an Executive Team Member. They did reimburse the overages. Unfortunate that it came to that.

  Call constantly. Finally figured I'd at least get information about what a potential rate could be....They did a hard credit run without even mentioning it to me. I've spoken with other companies just to get info and NONE ran a hard credit inquiry.

  Oula Horne was so wonderful to work with us on our mortgage refinance. She was so friendly and personable. She took care of all of our questions and had everything in motion very quickly. I definitely recommend her to friends and family! Will return to her for our future needs. 😄👍
