  Unfortunately, not many people truly love their job, or their employer. For me, this couldn't be further from the truth with Accord. I have truly found a home here. We are like a family. Everyone genuinely cares—not only about doing a good job and helping our clients—but caring about each other in our personal lives, as well as inspiring personal and professional development. This is the first and only company that I've worked for that has offered paternity leave, which is a Godsend for my growing family. I have been pushed outside my comfort zone, but then recognized and rewarded for my hard work.

  As long as you do your work (what you get paid to do and were hired for), then you're given the flexibility to work without overbearing micro-management. With this mutual understanding from both sides in mind, it's a good place to work. And the paternity leave was definitely a blessing!
