GD Gales5Joe was very responsive and able to troubleshoot ALL of the issues I faced trying to refinance my mortgage in 2020. He hustled when it was time to hustle and waited when it was time to wait. He worked with the end in sight, and managed to lock-in the lowest of low rates. He also kept my refinance fees down; I believe he applied for a home reassessment waiver, which saved me some money.
