      Are you looking for a bank that charges fees and penalties for EVERYTHING? Do you want a banking app that hardly ever works? Do you want ZERO customer service? Open an M&T bank account today! Seriously, this branch is horrible. The last time I went inside the one teller on duty told me to go use the ATM outside, it would be faster than if he actually did it. There was no line, nobody else in the bank. I went outside and both ATMs were out of service. I went back in and the teller finally processed my transaction with an attitude and grudge. Sorry to bother you with my money M&T! I’ll take it somewhere else.

      Worst service in any M&T Bank branch in Baltimore that I have been to. Waited in line by myself for > 10 minutes while the only teller talked baseball with some local along with what looked like the branch manager while I stand there like an idiot, They don't even look at me or even consider figuring out what to do to insure a customer isn't standing in line for 10 or 15 minutes while the dummies in this place serve one customer and talk sports. Ridiculous! I threw up- my arms and made comments under by breath as I started to walk away - STILL THEY DON'T EVEN LOOK IN MY DIRECTION. Christ, if this were my business, every single idiot in that branch would already be home looking at help wanted ads ... hopefully looking somewhere like Chick-Fil-a as they are the best in the business in teaching proper customer service.

      Love this bank I've been with them for years.The manager Joe is the nicest man and very helpful. If you need help he always helps you if he can. I wouldn't go anywhere else for my banking needs! 😊😊😊😊

      The staff there were not at all nice. And they intentionally avoid telling me there were other options that could charged me less for the service I paid for.
