  My experience with Access Abstract services has been outstanding. I have been working with them for years and found them to be knowledgeable, responsive and proactive in their approach. They always respond to any and all of my questions and calls. They are hands-on with the underwriters at the mortgage companies, attorneys and everyone involved in the transactions which kept everything on track. They make sure that our clients' title policies are done right without exceptions and issues are resolved prior to settlements. At settlement, Diana who is bi-lingual makes my clients feel very comfortable and clearly explains each and every document to the clients before signing. They love her! I highly recommend the Access Abstract team!

  Diana was so helpful in getting documents that were needed for closing. There is always something at the last minute. Without her help, closing would have been delayed. She was organized, methodical and patient.
