  Skylar just helped us close on our forever home. We only have one other lending experience and there couldn't be a bigger contrast: Skylar is organized, detail oriented, almost too available (I hope she gets to see her family!! She always returned my frantic emails and texts on Saturday nights while we were in multiple-offer situations) and such a true pleasure to work with. She also locked us in at an incredible rate and closing went off as planned without a hitch.   We purchased a new home in early 2018, Acadia and Skylar specifically were recommended to us by a close friend, after another local bank had quoted us. We called them to compare and ended up using Acadia. Eddie helped us out at first and when Skylar took over our file it was a seamless transition. She hit the ground running, very responsive, attentive and helpful. Skylar and the Acadia group made everything very simple, I'd recommend them in a heart beat.

  Tori Doucette and Acadia Lending was amazing to work with. I have worked with her on several transactions and always been pleased.   I cannot recommend Taylor LaPierre highly enough. She is not only extremely professional but very responsive. I truly do not think our closing would have happened if it was not for her perseverance we never would have closed on time! She is simply the best and I highly recommend her! We will certainly be calling again for our next home purchase

  Working with the Acadia Lending Group was the absolute best experience in financing a home I’ve ever had. Not only did they get me the lowest interest rate I’ve ever had, they also closed in just a couple of weeks from beginning the process! Cannot recommend them enough! 👍

  My wife and I contacted John at Acadia Lending in 2016 when we began looking for our first home, a multi family in Portland, ME. John was very prompt to reply whenever we asked him to give us a quick financial snapshot for homes we were interested in during our search. He also helped us understand what type of loan would be right for us based on our situation. We worked with Lee Boone at Acadia Lending 4 years later In 2020 for our refinance. She was quick to reply and was able to find us a great refinance deal. She was very knowledgeable and worked with our schedule. Overall, I would highly recommend Lee Boone, John Rose and Acadia Lending to anyone interested in buying a home or refinancing.
