      Very disappointed. I have been to this bank four different times . Each time the waiting line is almost out the door. Most of the time they either had one or two tellers. When you walk into the bank there are two reps asking you how they can help. Very polite but they should be working behind the counter helping the other teller or two tellers. Lots of frustration shown by other customers standing in line. Some just walked out.

      This review is entirely due to the customer service I received from Daniel Pike. I have never physically been to this location. I recently refinanced my mortgage through Bank of America (with a call center Loan Officer) and was thoroughly disappointment. I was so frustrated with my closing, I called a local Loan Officer, Daniel Pike. Even though Daniel was not my loan officer, he spent an hour on the phone with me answering questions, looking at my closing disclosure documents, and providing me clarification (as much as he could). Even though I was not one of his clients, I was very impressed with the time and effort he put into helping me. I would highly recommend (if you decide on Bank of America) to work with Daniel. I have also emailed him a few times since our phone call and he has responded promptly.

      Having the worst experience trying to convert pounds to US dollars. Website states any Bank of America branch can do this at any time. I’ve now wasted three trips to the bank and still have pounds not dollars. One branch claiming their teller system was down, next branch claiming only the mall location offers this service. Went to the mall location only to be told the person who does this only works 3 days a week. Most inconvenient experience with a bank I’ve ever had.

      Very disappointed with service and not practicing ample covid precautions. Had an appt. with Merrill edge rep at noon. Waited until 12:10 she was still with someone who I thought was a customer. Someone had to tell her I was waiting and turns out she was just talking to a bank employee. They should be aware of their appointments and keep an eye out for them! Also crowded lobby which is where I had to wait. Some people not wearing masks! I get it, but in this day and age with rampant covid, very unsafe conditions! Taking my banking elsewhere.

      The line is always out the door. There's always 4 associates but one open register. When asked "Could you open another register?" they say, "I'm not trained" while they stand there and ask other customers how they can help. Ugh I hate this branch.

      Worst banking experience I've ever had!! I can't speak for bank of America as a whole however this branch has absolutely terrible customer service! I currently have 2 bank accounts and I've had many over the years... Never have I been treated so poorly!! Fo yourself a favor don't waste your time at this branch until "Bank of America" can step in and get new management as well as enforce regular training and basic common courtesy where is the corporate oversight?!?! I've had better service at the Irving,.. 3.1 stars looks like I'm not the only one that feels this way!!

      I tried to use the ATM today and as soon as I put in my card the machine threw an error and kept my debit card. I went into the branch and approached Karen and explained what happened at the ATM. Karen told me that there was nothing that could be done, that no one at the branch has access to the ATM. When I asked who had access her response was that Loomis is the only ones with access but that they would not be able to give me my card back because I am not a Bank of America customer, I bank with USAA. Karen and I went back and forth, with me asking questions, for her to just tell me very matter of factly that nothing could be done. I asked to speak to her supervisor which she informed me that she is the branch manager and that there is no one above her at this location. What appalled me is that not once (except when I pointed it out to Karen) did she apologize to me for the inconvenience this has caused me. At no time was Karen actually rude with her verbage or her tone but my issue was that there was absolutely no sympathy from her, no remorse, and no empathy towards me and the situation that was created due to the malfunction of her machine. My debit card is linked to so many of my accounts, it automatically pays many of my bills on a monthly basis. This machine malfunction has terribly inconvenienced me as I am now without a debit card and with the 1st of the month tomorrow, my car payment and other automatic payments will get rejected as my card has had to be cancelled. Had Karen showed an ounce of empathy, sympathy, remorse or even apologized prior to me acknowledging the fact that she didn't, I wouldn't have been upset and probably wouldn't be even writing this review. And might I remind you, none of this is my fault. This is all due to a machine malfunction as I didn't push a single button prior to this error occurring.

      This is the worst BofA branch I have been too. The staff is lazy and rude. You are better off driving over to mill creek where the employees will actually pay attention to you and help you with your needs. A hour to see a personal banker when no one else is line is too long. I have been to over 30 branches and never waited longer then 10 mins

      I have never been disappointed with the professional employees at this location. Everyone is so pleasant and understanding. Major shout outs to Steve and Connor. But congrats to the whole team. You guys rock!
