  Unfortunately i had no choice but to use Academy Mortgage. Since they were the builder of my new home choice for lending. My experience was unpleasant and lacked communication on many levels. Based on my transaction using them, I highly wouldn’t recommend them!

  Frank helped us with the purchase of our first home and for the refinance of the same. The most I appreciate about Frank is his availability and quick response to to all of our questions. He really worked for 'us' for our best interests. Both the purchase and the refinance of our home went really smooth and we closed both loans within 30 days. We will definately reach out to Frank for our future Mortgage needs.

  I can't say enough good things about Jerri at Academy Mortgage in Manteca. A huge reason I used her was that she was ethical in everything she did, something you can't say about all mortgage brokers. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. She worked through a few issues I had caused and was able to close my house on time. She explained the VA home loan process to me and I felt so comfortable with her that I would would recommend her to anyone.

  If I could give zero stars I would! Didn't even try to work with us went to another lender and got PreApproved within an hour!! Horrible boojie company do NOT recommend!!
