      I noticed some of the reviews are old so I wanted to give special thanks to Branch Manager Veronica Cash and her staff for being very helpful and nice. I never have any issues going to this specific branch. Thank again.

      Walked-in today to open a bank acccout for my daughter. There were 4 bankers there (one in “training”) , but they refused to help my daughter open an account because we didn't have an appointment. I had called about a week ago and was told we could just walk in. Even after telling them this they refused. To top it off there were no other customers in the bank. You would think since I was given the wrong information on the phone, one of them could have taken the time to accommodate us. Drove from a different city to come to this branch. Next time will drive further to Tracy. Terrible customer service.

      Bank hours are 9-5. This one, 9:30-4. Sleep in, take an hour lunch, go home early. Why open at all?

      Terrible service by the Branch Manager, Brenda. Did not know what to do and would not at least make a phone call to get instruction. More interested in getting to lunch!
