  Josh was recommended to me by a friend less than a year ago. As someone who regularly buys and sales houses it was clear from the start Josh knows his business. When I ask him questions like how long will an interest rate buy down pay itself back he replies with a specific answer immediately. This is the difference between a loan salesman and a loan expert. Thank you Josh on both of the home loans you have done for me this year.
