  Our clients were a day away from closing when they were informed the lender wasn't able to move forward with their loan. We referred them to Kieth & his team and within minutes they were able to get our clients preapproved and a better rate! This wasn't an easy process due to a few challenges along the way, but Kieth & his team made it happen. Our clients were so thankful & beyond excited when closing day finally came!   From start to finish Kieth and his team were outstanding! During the beginning of COVID I was attempting to refinance my home. Since I was self employed and deemed non essential by the two other mortgage companies that I spoke to prior to reaching out to Kieth and his team. The other mortgage company’s wouldn’t give me the time of day! Kieth asked all the important questions and made my refinance happen! He was knowledgeable, hard working and really has your best interest at heart! I am forever grateful to Kieth and his super Team! I recommend them 100 percent!

  Very quick and seamless financing process for our new home. Being self employed it’s harder to get a mortgage but the Hobart team went above and beyond to get me the lowest rate available and keep me updated along the way during each step! Highly recommended!

  I just wanted to thank Kieth for helping us with our refinance. We appreciate you walking through the process. If we would not have refinanced with Peak Mortgage we would still be overpaying. We found out that our original loan company was overcharging us. We received a large check back from our escrow once we moved our loan to Peak. Thank you, Kieth, for not taking advantage of us and paying attention to details. We would highly recommend Kieth and his team.

  I was referred to Keith by another lender that after meeting months could just not manage to get things done for me. Keith took on the task of a difficult refinance with lots of moving parts. He was able to secure me a good rate and get things wrapped up in a timely manner. I’d recommend him and his team to anyone looking to purchase or refinance.   Kieth came to us highly recommended from a friend who used him for all of his previous home loans.
