  Tera, Stacy and their team were great to work with. They were incredibly quick responders to any and all questions. We processed a refinance during a very weird and busy time in our country along with over a holiday season so there were plenty of places were things could have gone off the rails. Tera and her team ensured that we always knew what was going on and kept in constant communication. I would highly recommend the team at Academy!

  Tera and Academy Mortgage did an excellent job helping my buyer client finance their new home. We spent several months looking for the right property in a market that provided little inventory to choose from. Tera gave us pre-approval letters for each home that we toured so that we could be prepared with a stronger offer if they decided to make one. She was even available on the weekends. My clients were very happy with the service they received as was I!!

  Tera was great at sending communication via email (or any preferenced communication source) on where we are at within the process. I enjoyed how easy it was to make an appointment, the availability, verbage used when presenting the loan process. There was complete transparency and attention to detail that was very appreciated from a first-time home owner point of view. Heather McLean was amazing as well, I like how effecient she was with explaining to us the home loan process and what different loans entail also with getting us pre approved. The team at Academy Morgage had amazing transitions when it came to talking to different people that needed different documents. Thank you!

  The Academy team makes the entire home buying process quick and seamless. It can be daunting and confusing, and Tera and her staff make the start to finish experience seamless. They are very knowledgeable and are always very quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this team.

  Tara, Jessica and Heather at Academy Mortgage were amazing to work with. They were always ahead of the game and communicated clearly and effectively. We never felt out of the loop which was key in the professionalism that my wife and I were looking for in a mortgage company. My family is SO grateful for their help and we love our new home!   Acquiring funds through Jim and his team was the least difficult part of the entire home buying process. Never once felt in the dark, prompt and attentive. Made us feel like a priority.

  We have purchased a home before and were nervous knowing how involved the process is. From our first meeting with Tera, she put us at ease and things have gone much better than expected. We are no longer nervous about this process as she makes it understandable and as simple for the client as possible. We will certainly be contacting her again for any future business as she has changed our perception of how this process works. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I would not want to go through this process with anyone else after this experience.
