  This review does not directly refer to this particular bank, but the general company. I had initially went to chase as I used to travel a bit more, and it was more convenient. Since then, I have found them to be terrible. They gouge their customers upon opportunity, they have fees for their fees, their customer support is a joke in soooo many ways. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. I would choose to have no bank, then to be robbed by this hellish corporation.

  Worst banking...please don't open an account with chase. A good bank is supposed to give your options and provide you with information so such things don't happen again in the future. They simply don't care and are rude.

  I use my account for business purposes. Living out of state but working for a Seattle client, normally deposits are made in cash at a Seattle branch without any problem. This is been our modus operendi for the past 20 years. However, since my client was in Walla Walla and needed to make a deposit in cash for me, she went to this branch where they REFUSED to accept cash or a debit card deposit. She was told she would have to go down the street somewhere to purchase a money order to be able to deposit money into my account since she herself was not an account holder with Chase. Needless to say, after having this account open for the past 20-plus years, way before Chase took over, I am going to close my accounts with them and move to another bank where I expect to find less ineptitude and better service.

  Drove 1/2 hour to get to the Walla Walla branch to exchange savings bonds, they asked me to wait, waited 1/2 hour, overhead them say 4 times it was going to take a while and they did not know how to do it, lobby was empty most of the time, they asked me to come back later
