  I've used Academy mortgage for my home purchase and a refinance. They are honest and the closing statement didn't change! It was the same on the final loan docs, which is one of the reasons I would recommend Chad Krober and his team. They are very attentive to the details of the loan right from the beginning so there are no surprises throughout the process.

  I’d like to share a positive experience I had with this company. This was not our first Rodeo with Refinancing so we comped other lenders in the area. After doing some front end research the fees and locking rate Academy offered for our Cash Out Refi was the one we chose. The service and communication during our process was outstanding. All the agents Including Chad, Ben and Amanda made themselves available at the drop of hat when we needed something . The emails and phone calls were minimum and easy to understand. I would highly recommend to anyone going with a smaller company like Academy, who knows the area and has connections. Big bank lenders are out of touch and you’ll get a “touch tone” press one or be on hold when you’re needing something type of service if you go through them. Local Local local!!! (Huge run on sentence, so what ) Thank you the academy lending team!!!
