  Jared is the best! We were not sure that we could qualify for a mortgage yet, and Jared worked TIRELESSLY to make it happen. He came up with multiple strategies to make us fit the qualifications, and it worked because WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! Jared was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and always accessible. If I ever had a question (which happened frequently!), Jared had the answer, usually within minutes. He guided us through the whole process, step by step, and made sure we understood what was happening at all times. I seriously cannot recommend him enough!

  There is no one else to go through for a home loan. Especially a VA loan. Jared is one of those financial magicians. His hard work and dedication have made two successfully transactions over the years. He is sincere and honest but can be firm to get the job done correctly.   Jared helped me purchase my first home over a year ago, and then called to help me improve my payment through a simple refinance a year later by removing the monthly mortgage insurance at the same rate. He is a strait shooter and great to work with!
