  Jason Browning and his team made my first home buying experience great! In a competitive housing market, I had an advantage with Jason as my lender with his team going above and beyond when I'd put out an offer with my pre-approval letter. Jason walked me through my loan options so I could make the best decision for my needs and also my wants. I felt very informed along the way and they were available to answer any questions I had. The entire loan process from applying on the app to closing went smoothly. I would highly recommend Jason Browning to anyone!

  Jason was wonderful to work with. I’ve worked with other lenders in the past and I had no idea where we were in the process or what was happening. Jason emailed consistently giving me progress updates and telling me what more needed to be done. Never was there a time where I did not know what was going on. He took the time to go over numbers with me and my husband and was patient with all my questions. His assistant Nadia is so kind and helpful as well. If I forgot to do something, she would kindly text me and remind which helped me so much. She contacted me after office hours when I first reached to begin the cash out refi. That spoke volumes as I wasn’t expecting that at all. There were times Jason would call me to review something after hours as well. It’s very apparent they both work incredibly hard. Together they make a great team. The entire process was seamless and easy. I will without a doubt be calling Jason again when we are ready to purchase an investment home. Thank you for making so easy!

  Jason and his team were competent, courteous, and made my entire transaction so easy! I was a first time home buyer, and they really took the time to explain the entire process and make sure I understood what was occurring. I would recommend them to anyone looking to finance a home purchase.

  Jason Browning has closed two exceptionally difficult deals for us over the past year. Jason gets things done that others can not. His follow through was impeccable, and he kept us in the loop. It wasn’t until after this last deal was done that we found out how hard it really was (nothing was withheld that should have been shared). Jason is a great guy, and a true professional. Anyone that thinks big box lending is the way to go, when you hit a speed bump - call Jason. We will never use anyone else. Don’t risk the stress and delay - pick the best team from the beginning.   Jason Browning was amazing to work with! My husband and I were first time home owners and he went above and beyond! He was always patient will all the questions we had. He also had tons of great resources to explain the process. The application to submit our documents was all in one place and made everything quick and easy. Since I was about to travel, his team also assisted us with a quick closing on our house and did an excellent job. I thoroughly look forward to working with him again! Highly recommended.
