  Eric was SO HELPFUL through the entire home buying process! He was very detailed and accurate in all the information he provided. In addition, when we thought we weren't going to be able to qualify for a down payment assist program he offered suggestions so we could still qualify. We simply would not have been in our new home as quickly as we were without his help. I have already recommended him to several family and friends. :)

  We are first time buyers and were fortunate enough to end up working with Brook Trang at Academy. She was always very quick and responsive to any emails we sent and if unable to take my call she would call right back. She was also flexible in times to call and our initial meeting because of my and my husband's work schedule. Her support team specifically Angi was professional and prompt when corresponding and very helpful when I had a question of them. We were so impressed with the professionalism, attention to detail and quick turnaround. We will only use Brook and Academy in the future and always recommend to people we know.   Jim was such a delight to work with! He is very thorough and knows what he's doing. Buying a home can be an extremely stressful process. Friends and family would ask, "How are you doing? Are you stressed with the home buying experience?" I can honestly say that I was not stressed at all. Jim was there to answer any questions I had, even after hours (and I had lots of questions). And at the beginning of each stage of the process, Jim would email me an outline of exactly what to expect. It was awesome to work with Jim!

  Stephen and Nicole are the best of the best. I can't sing their praises enough. These processes are complicated, difficult, and sometimes grueling but they are very clear, knowledgeable, understanding, compassionate, communicative, and all together on top of it from the first phone call that was just an idea. They always treated us with respect and dignity and sometimes the professional playfulness of long standing colleagues. Like I said before, I am so incredibly grateful. It's not an easy job, for anyone...but they make is smooth and seamless. Thank you so very much for all that you did for our family.

  Working with Eric was a great experience. He was recommended to me by my realtors after the first broker I talked to dropped the ball. Eric walked me through the whole process of getting my first mortgage. He always replied to my emails quickly and made sure I had all of the information I needed.
