  Melissa worked so hard to get me approved for a loan on my new purchase. She is very good at her job and can help when other lenders are not willing too. She is very creative with financing.   I originally was just getting a second opinion on my loan. That’s when I found the hardest working person in the industry. Not only did she work on my loan during a weekend trip she was on, she helped clear up some credit issues I had. She also got me a better interest rate then I was told was available to me. Overall she made my house buying experience a lot less stressful. I cannot express how grateful I am that she was on my team through this whole process. Melissa you are the best!!

  Melissa went above and beyond for us. She was recommended by a friend, and let me tell you, we were not disappointed. It was our first time buying a house so we really had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. Melissa made the process as easy as it could be. She helped us out for months, working hard and diligently. She responded right away, answered any questions we had, gave us advice and insight. It truly was a flawless experience.   I can't imagine that Melissa could have done any better! I needed a roof inspection as part of my refi. I was working and didn't have time to find a roofer. She had her assistant call a bunch of companies until someone was available. I have already referred my sister to Melissa for a mortgage and I would absolutely send anyone else her way.

  My husband and I had been talking about refinancing our mortgage, but didn’t know who to go to. I am an insurance agent and one of my clients purchased a home and worked with Melissa Holt for her mortgage, so I decided to talk to Melissa about refinancing. I am so happy that I did! The service that we received from Academy mortgage far exceeded our expectations! This was truly a case of “under promise and over deliver”. I submitted our application at 5 PM on Friday, March 5. We were not expecting to close until April 9 to April 15, but our loan closed today, March 29! Only 15 days from start to finish. They kept us informed every step along the way, so we were never left wondering where we were in the process. I would highly recommend Melissa Holt and her awesome team at Academy Mortgage in Bonney Lake.
