  Academy Mortgage did an excellent job getting my loan done. Dawn, Melinda, and Staff were extremely helpful, they were with me every step of the way! They answered ALL of the questions that I had and got my loan closed extremely efficiently.   Dawn and her team at Academy Mortgage helped me understand and work through the process of purchasing my first home. Throughout the process, which was not always smooth, the staff worked for me as both an advocate and educator in the process. Communication was regular and all of my questions were answered in a clear and concise manner. The team took the time to get to know me as more than a borrower but instead as a person. On occasion Todd Grangard, who was a gem to work with, would call me well after hours to answer a question. When I closed on my home, Dawn, Todd and Delia called to congratulate me sharing my excitement. If you want a lender that will work for you, Academy Mortgage in Casa Grande is the place to go. I recommend them and if needed in the future would call on the staff again myself.

  This was my second time using Dawn and her team at Academy, they are beyond amazing and I would highly recommend her over anyone else hands down!!! I closed my first loan with her after having dealt with a big broker in Phx and having a hard time getting it fone, she had me closed in 2 weeks. Just refinanced that loan with her 4 years later and it was just as great of an experience, very few questions and things required for the loan and closed quicker then anticipated! Trust me Dawn and her team will bend over backwards and keep you informed every step of the way!!!

  Lets start by saying that this was the seamless transaction I have ever made. The academy mortgage staff made this so easy that I couldn't believe it. Todd Graangard and Dawn Svoboda were very professional and friendly in all that matters regarding getting my mortgage. A very professional and friendly environment with a great communication management allowed me to get all necessary documents in a timely manner so we could execute in a seamless manner. I enjoyed working with Delia Jimenez she was also very helpful in helping me get all the final touches for the closing. Great place good people and great service.

  My experience with Academy was better than I could expected. The experience of buying a house was quite overwhelming but Academy made it so simple on my part that I am almost sad that it is over. Dawn, Russell and Melinda got me in my house quicker than I could have imagine it would have taken. I am thankful for Academy's professional Team!
