Giovanni Vermont5I only had First American because they house my auto loan. They have always been friendly, and I never had a problem with them, but I recently became unemployed and Christy went above and beyond to help during this hard time. Will definitely continue banking with them from here on out!

Anissa Romero- Mesa1Horrible customer service. I drove from Chandler Az to get bank statements with my Tia, who banks here and they were not helpful at all. Charged my Tia (Aunt) $30 for transaction statements for the last 6 months. That wasn’t even what my Aunt asked for. She needed bank statements that showed her account balance for each month, 6 months worth. Such a hassle. Waiting for a good 30 minutes to talk to a banker again, and not at all apologetic for the mistake that was made. I have advised my Aunt to close her account and no longer deal with this bank.

Brian Rodriguez1I've been a member for 4 years now was put on autopayments from day one and just a few months I realized they had been charging me a late fee for the past year without ever letting me know how this happened they gave me no good answer only that it was my fault I had been charged a late fee of $25 dollars ever month on top of my payment which made my payment less so thanks for being a horrible bank that is terrible in costumer satisfaction and takes zero pride in good buissness and for the company in charge of reading these posts don't bother commenting on the matter your company already gave me the run around of Bs and did nothing to help fix their mistakes and it only took them a month of ignoring me to tell me it was my fault that I was charged a late fee from a 4 year autopsy that had been working fine up until the last year. Guess they take whatever income they can get even if it's unjust.

Emerly Morris1I wish it had a lower star on here, the worst customer service ever! They are very rude. I got my auto loan here and from the beginning of me becoming a meamber, it was terrible service! I had to refinance and go somewhere else. And they bring up all kinda of fees after when you try My to payout, when you never was told about this. I will NEVER recommend this Credit Union! Sucks ! Please don’t waste your time.

Amerah Stevens1Legit the worst bank ever. Having to wait minutes, almost an hour to talk to a representative is pathetic. On top of that getting them to verify your account for any type of loan is frustrating no one wants to take the time out their day to actually what's been faxed. Closing my bank account with them soon for good.

jennifer johnson1This place is a joke. There WAS only 1 good employee that worked there. Since she left it's gone down hill. 4 times I've attempt to my car payment with "sister" company (to avoid the 10.00 processing fee). 2 times I was told they don't accept payments for them and come to find out my account was locked. When you call, they don't answer or return your call.

Francesca Saverino5I love this credit union! They've always treated me well. Needed a notary recently and I got helped quickly and they helped me resolve what I needed to. The drive through is usually quick and the staff is friendly :)

Does anyone from first American care that you have bad reviews????? You are the Wal-Mart of banks. It's obvious that this bank has no connection to customers in the manner that the associates speak and treat customers, it would be better to deal w/ an automated system than to deal with your rude staff, like Tiffany Robinette! Lol !!! Its unfortunate because they could be really great if they hired staff that cared like Francis at the branch.

Emily Taylor1worst bank in the state, piss poor communication from the bank, they lie to you about your loan, change their website constantly and charge an absolutely ridiculous online "convenience" fee. to anyone reading this i strongly urge you to consider literally any other bank than this one. Nothing is worth dealing with these snakes

txbigdaddy681I recently reviewed my credit rating , & found out I had a bad mark. I looked into the matter & found out this C.U. had reported me as being 30 to 60 days late on my auto loan. I have never missed a payment with this C.U. ONE MORE THING !! Don't ever make a auto payment with a money order !! That seems to get lost in the system for a week or two.
