  It was amazing working with academy. I I didn’t have to come into the office, everything was via email or text. It was a speedy process. I was in my home in no time. I would recommend if you are needing to purchase or sale a home academy is it!!

  My husband and I chose to speak with this company for a possible first time home loan, and after not being allowed to speak to the actual loan officer, Kristi Greer. I answered a few questions with the secretary, I believe. Not once during this conversation that I’m certain can be proven if they actually record their calls, did I say that I want them to run my credit or my husbands for the loan process. I simply wanted someone to talk me through the process, first. Well, they ran it without my consent, anyways. Three days after this occurred, we finally went in to speak with Kristi Greer about our case. After we were denied for USDA, no other loan option was even mentioned. We were in there a grand total of five minutes with her. Two weeks later I call back to discuss something about my application, having let it go that they RAN OUR CREDIT WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION, and the secretary “couldn’t find us” in the system. Then a few days later, I call my real estate agent, who then called Kristi to see what was going on. Now because I told on them to someone who could essentially drive away other customers, she decided I may be important enough to call back. Well I received a phone call today from Kristi, seeming to be nicer this time about our case, and she gave me information about conventional loans. Then after we “hung up” (because she didn’t even care to make sure the phone was hung up first) I heard her tell her assistant that “You’re my witness that I told her she gave us permission. Stupid people trying to get us in trouble.” And the secretary responded with “That is ridiculous, what did she think we were doing when we asked her all of those questions. She can’t get a loan so, she just needs her husband for everything.” Then I yelled. “YOU DIDN’T HANG UP YOU KNOW?!” And now, conveniently they are no longer taking my calls. However, Kristi Greer eventually did call me back to argue with me over the fact that I didn’t give permission over the phone, but rather that I did in the office. Well I have emails to prove that our credit was run BEFORE we even set foot in the office. So, not only did they treat me with disrespect, they also lied, and broke the law
