  Called over a month in advance for my debit card expiring and even went in branch to order a new one, but never received card even after it expired. Called customer service and the first lady had a smart aleck attitude and hung up after I asked for an overnight or 2 day card. Called the local branch and they wanted to charge me $25 to have one overnighted. Would not recommend if you are looking for a bank that cares about their customers.

  They want $7 to cash a $190 check. That's 3.7% of the total amount. Cant wait till Iberia goes the way of Capital One and dies in our city, you deserve it.

  They have horrible customer service and apparently they don't know how to store someone's information correctly. This whole place is run by incompetent douche bags.
