  The bank itself is good. I've been using this bank a few years now. But this location especially is a no go for me anymore. I was standing in the same spot for about 15 mins in front of this employee and he looked over at me twice. Literally just sitting there on his phone . Never bothered to ask me if we needed help. I had to go up to him and ask "do you work here because I been needing help." Bad customer service ...

  My review is not location based but company as a whole I've been with this bank well over 20 years I do not recommend anyone use this bank ever the service is horrible and the supervisor from customer service has a serious anger issue your better off using an internet bank and I'm certainly closing my account as if today

  No one answers their phone and when I need a banker I don’t have one!!! This is so frustrating😩

  Been using this bank for 6 years. Always okay customer service, but Jennifer went above and beyond and helped me out twice today, she needs a raise. EXEMPLARY experience.

  Your card gets shut off if to many purchases and nothing is ever done to actually fix it its pointless.
