  I just opened a bank account here due to having issues with my old bank. My biggest issue is having a debit card since I work online. Turns out they can print one within minutes. Also no hold time on their phone calls. 5 stars in my book.

  My wife went in today to deposit a settlement check we got, but the lawyer only put my wife name on it, no big deal. For years on payday my wife deposits her paycheck into my account, as I pay all the bills out of my account. Never had a problem. But today, my wife went with one of my deposit slips from my check book and they refused to let her deposit any of the $$ into my account like she wanted too. My wife said she wanted it put into my account but they refused to do what she requested. My wife has a broken leg and I'm disabled.! Now, we have to go back to the bank 2 more times to transfer our money. As soon as the check clears we are pulling All our money out of this dump of a bank and going to my credit union. We'll put our $$ somewhere where we control how we spend or deposit it. Not the bank.

  Won’t break a 20 unless you belong to the bank. Lame. Walmart it’s in won’t break a 20 because it’s company policy. Lame.

  My parents have banked here for 25 years, they never had a problem when they needed to come into the branch. Awesome bank ever!!!!

  I love this bank, I will not go anywhere else, they've answered all my questions never have been rude always been patient and polite at both locations in Greeley and one in Thornton!! Thank you Academy Bank!

  terrible place to have a bank account with them. can never push purchases through so you end up with overdraft fees. never get back to you when they say they will. switching to chase and closing this account asap.
