  Daen and her team are amazing!!! Dean and her team helped us purchase our first home back in 2009 and they were there every step of the way thru our recent refinance, both times they have gone above and beyond. We want to give special thanks to Priscila who was always available for any questions we had and responded almost immediately. We will most definitely go back to Dean and her team if need be.   Dean and her team are absolutely amazing. They are professional and ethical in every regard. I don't know any other lender that shows up to the closing table every time, other then the Dean Manriquez Team. Every single one of the members are caring, very responsive and understanding of every situation. They work extremely hard to make sure the clients needs are met.   I've been through the loan process many times for work and for me personally and this is by far the best experience I've ever had! The ladies at Vandyk are amazing and made my loan process easy and painless! They kept me updated and contacted me promptly when documents were needed.   The team at VanDyk Mortgage is amazing they are very throw in explaining every single step of the process. Judy is very prompt and polite, and I know she is super busy but she still takes the time to answers the phone to make sure all questions are answered. Priscilla is super professional in guiding through the process, even when I was not sure about the terminology she was super polite and understanding. I would recommend Vandyk as a 1st choice lender with out hesitation.

  The VanDyk Mortgage team was very helpful through the whole home buying process and knowledgeable. I worked with Daen, Shelby, and Judy. They were there the whole way and even gave me some helpful tips to help pay off my loan sooner.
