Wells Fargo Bank Reviews

John Warden1I dont believe I've ever had a positive experience at this branch beyond their ATM. They've stopped doing coin exchange, hardly ever have there drive through tellers available. You can't get them to answer the phone, and since they don't have an answering machine you can't even get a human to talk to. My last few jobs have always had me starting before they open and not off till right when they close. I would have to take leave just to get there since they don't have weekend hours of operation. I highly recommend another branch if you use Wells Fargo.

Anita McAllister2Wells Fargo does not value their customers, particularly their commercial customers who deposit hundreds of thousands of dollars into their banks. They try to use their ingenious friendly greeters and tellers to make you think you're important...it's the fakest atmosphere I've ever experienced. I advise you to bank with a small, locally owned bank.

Stasia L1Terrible customer service. They would rather have 2 people guarding the front door than helping their customers. Highly recommend using first national bank or honestly any other bank.

Please address it to [email protected], and be sure to mention your review and Google username (no account numbers). Bryan Keene1Terrible experience here! Not only are they in violation of federal ADA laws for parking lot accessibility, they make you jump through hoops for apparently no reason. Any bank would be better than Wells Fargo, just don't do it. Corporate greed: (

Carolyn Wagner1I am shocked to hear that amidst of a pandemic Wells Fargo can not put one teller on the widow for the drive through. Instead they insist that we come inside and stand in line with 10 other peole for hours
Response from the ownerWe apologize for the delayed response due to the disabling of this functionality by Google and continued high volumes associated with COVID-19. Larry Turk5THIS BRANCH IS JUST UNBELIEVABLE!! We opened a checking account in NY before moving to Greeley, CO. Upon arrival, we opened another checking account at another branch. Within a week, our two accounts, four debit cards, and four credit cards had been cross-linked, causing so much confusion for both of us. It took a couple visits to the Greeley West Branch, but Banker EMILY SHUSTER took a personal interest in our travails and unscrambled this cacophony of our accounts caused by bankers in other branches. Emily is a credit to Wells Fargo. Customer service is the watchword of this branch which is unlike every other W.F. branch we've ever entered. Professional greeters meet you at the door as if you are their largest depositor, offer you a bevy of of amenities, then whisk you off to the department requested. Every one of the bankers, tellers, and officers (particularly ALONNA McGOWAN, the "Store Manager") were more than accommodating and professional in every manner. We have never felt so AT HOME in a bank!! We love this place.

Josh Rokitka2Went through the drive thru to get $250 in change. Told the guy at the window 125 1s and 125 5s. He looked at me like I was nuts and send me out 200 in 5s and 50 in 1s. Seriously have people working at a bank that don't want to count money. Come on.

Suzanne Stanley1We will never go to this Bank. Evan a Senior Loan Officer made a promise of a 1.9 % loan for 25 years. We asked three times and asked the senior officer to double check this. And the loan cost was over 60% more than Chase.

Stephen Gardea4Tellers are very friendly most of the time. The drive-thru could benefit from a second ATM due to its high use as there is always a line of cars.
