Aurelia Holden2Ive been with this credit Union before the changes were made Since High school So maybe about 10 years. No one Ever Answers the phone But when you go in the bank they are not busy at all barely anyone in the lobby, Voicemail is full the system is always messing up online. Say they are hiring but never looked at my inquiry about a employment opportunity. Clearly you guys need help

Eva Gauthier1We have been with this credit union for years but after the change to the district no one answers the phone and voicemails are all full. I can no longer transfer funds between my account and my joint account. Then they have made changes to my account without notifying me. I’m looking for a new credit union. What a joke.

Pamela Martin2I have had an account with APSCU since 1986. For some reason unbeknownst to me they recently changed to The District. After trying to gain online access for two weeks, including calls to support, I had finally had it. I drove from Castle Rock to Aurora to close my accounts. No one asked why I was closing the accounts, no one even appeared to care. After a few small things like " you have to leave your savings open" please give me a check for the holiday and savings combined, only to receive the savings and the holiday being put into the checking account. I finally asked about the online access. I asked for my primary account number( which I had been using along with their prompts online) " Oh your security code must have expired, try this" I went out to the parking lot and still could not access the account I went right back in and told her I still could not get into my accounts and then proceeded to tell her WHY i was closing a 35 year old account. Again not much expression or apologies. She worked some magic on her end of the computer and I could finally get into my account. Do yourself a favor and go to a grown up banking institution! One that is supported by multiple browsers, Quicken and has some kind of customer service! Oh yes they did finally call back to make sure my problem had been solved. Yes, yes ,it is a new bank!

Elizabeth Colgan5I have been a member for over 20 years. Along with my children we have had excellent service. The service and friendliness has been wonderful. They are so accommodating to my needs and I am pleased and grateful for the ease of banking here versus a commercial bank.
Response from the ownerThank you for the wonderful review and for your membership!

Josh Roemer1Any online banking I have ever attempted is a joke. Nothing has ever worked. They have the worst hours. Nobody answers the phone, and when someone does pick up they put you on hold until they are closed. I've even been accidentally hung up on because the people working there dont know how to transfer calls/ put you on hold. It doesn't seem like it's a legit business the way it is run.

Charlamar Eisom1All I can say this bank is a ripe off! They charge for everything. My debit card faded and my numbers were recognizable anymore, and mind you they made my card. I was told it would be 15 dollars to get a new card due to no fault of my own. They charged 15 bucks when my husbands card was stolen. Run from this bank

Rita Cuthbertson1I’ve been a member since 1978, but ready to move on!

Kitty Dewdrop2You can never contact them if something goes wrong or if they randomly lock your card or anything. Something happens Friday, only a prayer til Monday can help you now. Always on hold whenever you call them. Only savings is when you get a real person they try their best
Response from the ownerHi Kitty. Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience. If you ever experience issues with your card after hours, there is a after hours phone number listed on the back of your card to assist with such issues. Hopefully, this will help if you ever experience the same issue. Thank you for your business.
